Teachers are doing their best to support every math learner, but it is hard to teach with confidence when old math anxiety is still in the room, and it is even harder to intervene well when assessment data feels overwhelming or unclear.

Dr. Fay Quiroz understands that reality because she has been there. After 15 years in classrooms and tutoring across early childhood through fifth grade, Fay saw how often students fall behind because of a few “missing bricks” in their understanding, and how often teachers are asked to fix it without a simple, reliable way to diagnose what is really going on.

That is why Fay created The DELP: a systematic, evidence-based protocol that gives teachers a clear plan for using assessment data to pinpoint math thinking gaps, respond with targeted instruction, and move students forward faster.
Instead of generic, delayed, or misaligned interventions, teachers get a practical way to make confident, data-informed decisions that strengthen learning outcomes for students at every level.
